Itinerary

Day 1: London (England)

We’ll begin our small group tour in London, where we’ll gather and enjoy a welcome dinner at our hotel while getting to know each other.

Accommodation: The Wellington by Blue Orchid (or similar)

Meals: Dinner

Day 2: London – Oxford – Stratford-upon-Avon

After breakfast, we’ll start our day with a guided walking tour in the charming city of Oxford, known for its notable poets, professors, scientists, and sporting heroes. Then, we’ll journey through the beautiful English countryside to reach the Cotswolds, a picturesque area filled with green hills, farmland, and centuries-old villages. We’ll have some free time to explore the elegant High Street of Chipping Campden before enjoying dinner at our hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon,

Highlights: Oxford City, Oxford University Colleges and The Cotswolds.

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 3: Stratford-upon-Avon – Cotswolds – Stratford-upon-Avon

This day will revolve around the life and times of William Shakespeare as we visit his childhood home and his wife Anne Hathaway’s charming thatched cottage, surrounded by beautiful gardens. After lunch at our leisure, we’ll explore some picturesque Cotswolds hamlets before spending the evening at our leisure in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Highlights: Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage and Cotswold Villages.

Day 4: Stratford-upon-Avon – Lacock – Bath

We’ll enjoy an indulgent afternoon of high tea before visiting Lacock, a stunning village often used as a film set for productions like Pride and Prejudice and The Other Boleyn Girl. We’ll then visit the magnificent abbey featured as Hogwarts Hallways in the Harry Potter series. Next, we’ll head to Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage city with plenty of charm, where we’ll spend our final two nights. This evening will be free for us to explore Bath at our own pace.

Highlights: Lacock Village, Lacock Abbey

Meals: Breakfast

Day 5: Bath

We’ll start the day with a visit to the Roman Baths, where we’ll learn about Roman life in Bath. Afterwards, we’ll visit the No. 1 Royal Crescent Museum. The afternoon will be free for us to explore Bath at our own leisure, with options including a trip to Thermae Bath Spa, a rooftop pool with stunning city views, or independent boutique shopping and café-hopping. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a farewell dinner together.

Highlights: Bath City, Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge, Jane Austen Centre and No 1. Royal Crescent

Meals: Breakfast, Dinner

Day 6: Bath – Longleat House and Avebury – London

We’ll visit Longleat House, the seat of the Marquess of Bath, and marvel at its creative interiors and classic architecture. Next, we’ll explore Avebury, an ancient stone circle with a prehistoric history, and walk freely among the standing stones. Our tour will end back in London in the late afternoon.
