Tour Itinerary

Day 1: London to Aberystwyth via Cotswolds and Hay-on-Wye
Begin your journey from London and head west towards the picturesque Cotswolds region. Marvel at the stunning natural beauty and explore the charming historic villages with the help of your friendly driver-guide.

Afterwards, head towards Wales and stop at Hay-on-Wye, known as the “town of books”. Then, continue to the Elan Valley and Cambrian Mountains before arriving at the seaside town of Aberystwyth, where you’ll spend the next two nights.

Day 2: Snowdonia National Park and Harlech Castle
Explore the mountainous landscapes of Snowdonia National Park and visit the village of Beddgelert, home to the legendary dog Gelert’s grave.

Later, head to the mighty Harlech Castle, built by King Edward I during the conquest of Wales. After a day filled with adventure, return to Aberystwyth in the late afternoon.

Day 3: New Quay and Laugharne
Embark on a coastal journey and visit the charming town of Aberaeron before arriving at New Quay, known for its sandy harbor, whitewashed houses, and connections to Welsh poet Dylan Thomas.

Next, head inland to explore the Dinefwr Estate and its ruined castle, and then continue to Laugharne, where Dylan Thomas lived and wrote: “Under Milk Wood”. Stay overnight in the quaint seaside town of Tenby.

Day 4: Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and St Davids
Experience the stunning coastline views at Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the only national park in Britain dedicated to the coast. Visit St Davids, Britain’s smallest city, and explore its grand cathedral. Stop by Pembroke to admire its medieval castle walls before returning to Tenby.

Day 5: National History Museum and Castle Combe
Visit the outdoor National Museum of History at St Fagan’s before crossing the Severn back into England. Stop by the quintessential Cotswold village of Castle Combe for a relaxed stroll amongst the 16th-century cottages before returning to London.
